Access to all features of the IBRATEC platform, including resume registration and application for advertised positions, depends on the candidate sharing personal information and completing their registration. This set of data that makes up the resume may contain the following types of personal data:
  1. Identification data, profile data, personal documents and contact information;
  2. Data required to prepare a professional CV;
  3. Data related to inclusive vacancies and those for people with disabilities;
  4. Professional photo;
  5. Links to the candidate’s social networks, social networks or blogs;
  6. Professional objective, including for creating job alerts;
  7. Geolocation and device identification data.
When registering, it is important that you provide only true and up-to-date information, as we are not responsible for verification. In any case, civil and/or criminal, you are responsible for the veracity, accuracy, and authenticity of the information included in our registration.
In addition to your CV, we automatically collect and store information about your activity and navigation on the website, through the use of cookies (see more details in item 11 below).

IBRATEC, in the context of recruitment and selection, allows the candidate to enter personal information and data, including those considered sensitive, such as photos, medical certificates, reports on special needs for selection processes for People with Disabilities (PwD), information for participation in selection processes for inclusive vacancies, among others, as determined by law and provided for in article 5, II of the LGPD.
The inclusion of this information is not mandatory and will always be optional for the candidate.
IBRATEC undertakes not to use such information for other purposes and will make its best efforts to ensure the protection of such data.

7. PROTECTION OF OUR SYSTEM AND YOUR PERSONAL DATA

To protect the personal data collected and ensure the security of our systems, we use appropriate technologies and procedures according to the level of risk and the service provided.
Due to the very nature of the Internet, there is a risk that malicious third parties may improperly access information stored in our systems. If we notice that you have not appeared for many years and that there has been no movement, we may put your data or CV to sleep or delete it, but this will not be done as long as you maintain contact with us and remain active.
However, you may at any time choose to request the deletion of your personal data and resumes, in accordance with the procedures described in this policy and accessible through the website www.ibratec.com.br/en.

9. RIGHTS PROVIDED FOR BY THE LGPD

We guarantee you the exercise of the rights provided for in the LGPD, namely:
a. Right of confirmation: you may confirm whether IBRATEC processes any of your personal data.
b. Right of access: you can check details of your data, as well as obtain copies of said information, through the candidate panel.
c. Right to correction: you have full access to your CV data and can change, correct or remove any personal data that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.
d. Right to anonymization, blocking, or deletion: You may request the anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary, excessive, or data processed in a manner that does not comply with the purposes set forth in this Policy, in compliance with other applicable legal provisions. In such cases, if data is anonymized or blocked in a way that hinders the active maintenance of your resume, your participation in selection processes will be hindered or prevented.
e. Right to information: You may request information about which types of companies we share your data with, as well as be informed of the consequences if you choose not to consent to the collection and processing of your personal data, when necessary.
f. Right to refuse marketing: at any time, you may request to cancel the receipt of materials using the link provided in the marketing email sent.
g. Right to data portability: You can export all the information on your CV in .PDF format.
h. Right to revoke consent: When the legal basis for data processing is consent, you may revoke the consent you previously gave us. It is important for you to know that this cancellation will not affect the use or sharing of data prior to your request to revoke consent.
i. Right to object to future processing for other legal bases. You may request the deletion of your resume from IBRATEC and the discontinuation of any other service provided by IBRATEC. However, it is important for you to know that some data may be retained for legal purposes and that deletion may not have any effect on the controlling companies that obtained access to your resume through VAGAS before your
request. Please note that deactivating your resume prevents you from participating in and applying for new positions, and this is irreversible. You may exercise your rights under the LGPD at any time by emailing lgpd@ibratec.com.br, free of charge.

10. PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

IBRATEC has a team of professionals dedicated to data protection and privacy.
